Technical Pipeline design experience for water, wastewater, and storm drain systems from the ground up. Pipeline condition assessment, retrofit, new design, hydraulic modeling, control valves. Preparation of contract documents (plans, specifications, and cost estimates), and provide design services during bidding and construction. Work closely with sub consultants (geotec
