This Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist position will be a member of our Population Health Clinical Quality Team who maintains a status of being in the top 10% for clinical quality in the state of California. All team members are LEAN certified, with backgrounds in nursing, public health, clinic operations, or health informatics. This position will be focused on our Quality Incentive Pool (QIP) Program and a sub set of primary care measures that need a focused approach to attaining high performance. The QIS ideally will have an extensive clinical background, CPHQ certification, and/or lean six sigma training. The QIS possesses a strong understanding in quality, HEDIS measures, an attention to detail, background in education and/or developing stand work for clinics. The QIS in this position will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week at our Greenwich location and will be helping oversee patient outreach during campaigns and clinic visits.

Annual Full Pay Range: $101,200 - $192,200 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $48.47 - $92.05
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
