Job Description
The Account Coordinator position will work closely with the Sales team to ensure that our customers are provided with the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will have superior customer service sales skills and must be highly organized and able to prioritize. We are growing rapidly across North America, and our Account Coordinators must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support in the selling and administration of various AV, Networking and Integrated Security Systems,as well assupporting internal team members (outside sales, project management and service department) in the sale of these services.
  • Review and assess client requirements, prepare BOM, and quotations for end-user clients and team members
  • Responsible for obtaining client approvals and supporting team members with all sales queries
  • Responsible for sales administration within D365
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, IT, Engineering, and other corporate departments to drive success of our services.
  • Provide a timely and accurate response to customers' required proposal and/or bid circumstance
  • Follow up on all sales leads and maintain system, opportunities, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
  • Possesses a positive attitude, self-motivated, passionate, committed to success and quality.
  • Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent, required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with integrated security systems
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems as demonstrated by a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Experience with project / quoting software a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
  • Post-secondary education in electronics, electrical, or equivalent would be considered an asset
  • Experience in a technical sales role, producing quotes, estimates, and project design would be an asset

Pay Range: $24.00ph - $28.85ph DOE
