How to attend
If you're getting dropped off, go to level 3 and ask for a manager on duty at the Avis Preferred counter. If you are driving your personal car or bike, follow the car rental return signs and come to level 3. Enter into the Avis and Budget return area and park in any open spot in the N row. You will then go to the Avis Preferred counter and ask for the manager on duty.
